high protein snacks that i eat

WARNING: If you are easily triggered by snacks and it leads to you eating more and more because you have them readily available, please think twice before buying these. REMEMBER YOUR GOALS and be disciplined.

As always, make sure to log these snacks into your daily food journal and account for the calories and protein and HIT YOUR TWO GOALS: stay under/around your daily calorie target and hit your daily protein target.

Quest Chips (my top flavors of all the ones I’ve tried):

Quest Bars (top flavors, good source of fiber, protein, and they are lower calorie)

PRO TIP: microwave them for like 30 seconds and they turn all soft and gooey

Smart Sweets (sweet and/or sour gummy candy in 100 calories packs):

Golden Island Korean BBQ Pork Jerky (drool)

Orville Redenbacher’s SmartPop! Butter Microwave Popcorn

(240 calories for the entire bag which is a massive amount of popcorn. Not a lot of protein here so make sure you are at your protein goal for the day and have this as a snack. Good source of fiber here too!)

Quest Premixed Protein Shakes

(I use ¼ of a bottle in my coffee for some added protein and flavor)

Halo Top Ice Cream

(Vanilla and Strawberry are the best lower calorie flavors, my favorite overall flavors are Sea Salt Caramel which is INSANELY good and then Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough)

Yasso Frozen Yogurt Bars

(The sea salt caramel ones are 100 calories and insanely good but they have many flavors and each bar is between 100-140 calories I believe)

Kirkland Soft and Chewy Chocolate Chip 100 Calorie Granola Bars

Magic Spoon Protein Cereal

(Peanut Butter and Cinnamon are my favorite)
