I tried to put these in order of importance (in my personal opinion).

Men’s Multivitamin

I like to get most of my vitamins and minerals from foods that I eat but it doesn’t hurt to make sure you’re filling in the gaps of where you might be lacking by taking one of these daily with your first meal of the day.

Vitamin D3

It’s pretty vital that you get a sufficient amount of Vitamin D to strengthen your immune system, especially in current times.

Fish Oil

Get those Omega-3’s in and these don’t give you nasty fish burps.

Creatine

Creatine is one of the most scientifically proven supplements on the market. You will notice an increase in strength when taking this stuff daily.

ZMA Sleep Supplment

Highly recommend this as it’s proven to be one of the more effective supplements on the market. Noticably improves my quality of sleep.

Electrolyte Drink Powder

We lose a lot of electrolytes and fluids while we are asleep. Important to get some hydration back immediately upon waking up. I take a scoop of this with 16 ounces of water as soon as I get out of bed.

Triphala Digestion and Colon Support

Pretty self-explanatory what this does. Helps keep me regular.

Stimulant-Free Pre-Workout

Good to get the blood flowing to the right muscles during your workout for a great “pump.” Helps me with the mind-muscle connection as well as this contains some nootropics. I like to use this when I’m trying to stay away from caffeine for a bit.

Stimulant Pre-Workout

When you REALLY need a kick in the ass to get to the gym and throw the weights around, it’s hard to beat this product. If you’ve never used pre-workout before, start with a half scoop of this before you workout to assess tolerance please.

Amino Energy Powder

Good morning pick me up if you don’t like coffee

Quest Premixed Protein Drinks

I use ¼ serving of the bottle (81ml) in my morning coffee for some added flavor and protein.

Green’s Powder

I generally don’t get quite enough fruits and vegetables into my diet so I like to supplement with a quick hit of it daily in the form of this drink that doesn’t taste nearly as bad as it sounds like it would.

Hair, Skin, and Nails Supplement

Self-explanatory here. I like to stay looking pretty (ok I like to stay average looking).
